Despite a slight musty smell, the staff was friendly, the room comfortable, and the location unbeatable. The excellent service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in NYC!

Perfectly located for MSG events, clean rooms, and great views. Some minor hiccups like room change and lack of info on cleaning schedule. Friendly staff, good WiFi, and a mix of pros like large showers and cons like a closed rooftop bar. A fantastic stay!

Just spent a weekend at a hotel adjacent to Penn station. LOVED the accommodating staff, especially the night shift. The room with 2 "king size" beds was cozy. Would stay here again. Better in person than in photos!

The rooftop view was nice, but the thin walls made it hard to sleep. No toothpaste or juice at breakfast, dirty towels, and slow drainage in the bathroom. Over $2000 unexplained credit card holds. No help with luggage and inconsistent breakfast options. Location was convenient with nearby eateries and shops.

The location is perfect and very close to one of the main train stations, giving access to the entire city if needed. The facilities were very clean, and the staff helpful. The continental breakfast had a great variety, and the proximity to landmarks like Madison Square Garden and Times Square made exploring with my 18-month-old enjoyable. The clean rooms and friendly staff added to a relaxing stay.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering the busy location near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the full-size shampoo and conditioner. The location is ideal, right across from Penn Station and close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city.

Comfy beds and convenient location made my business trip a breeze. the beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep within minutes of hitting the pillows. the hotel's prime location made it easy for me to travel from the airport to the hotel and also allowed me to explore the city without any hassle. having breakfast available on the premises was a great advantage as it saved me time in the mornings.

The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond for guests. They assisted with internet connection, promptly addressed a hot water issue, and provided extra toiletries when needed. The hotel offers great rooftop views from the bar and a functional self-service breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-stocked bathrooms.

We loved this hotel's location right across from the old post office building in midtown. The subway entrance was just a stone's throw away, making transportation a breeze. Tick Tock Diner and Andrew's Cafe were also within walking distance, making meals convenient. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch and we appreciated the spotless rooms and facilities. The hotel offered plenty of parking spaces, and the facilities were great with a fantastic gym. The staff were equally remarkable – welcoming, helpful, and professional.

The location was perfect for subway use and not far from Macy’s and shops. The room key access to the hotel, elevator, and room provided a secure environment, and the wifi was fast and reliable.
