The location is perfect and very close to one of the main train stations, giving access to the entire city if needed. The facilities were very clean, and the staff helpful. The continental breakfast had a great variety, and the proximity to landmarks like Madison Square Garden and Times Square made exploring with my 18-month-old enjoyable. The clean rooms and friendly staff added to a relaxing stay.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt comfortable and safe at the hotel. The staff, particularly Jesica at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with several subway stations nearby and easy access to transportation.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering the busy location near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the full-size shampoo and conditioner. The location is ideal, right across from Penn Station and close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan/Penn Station offered a comfortable stay with a spacious room and all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the city-view guest room provided spectacular views of downtown Manhattan, including the iconic One World Trade Center. The location was ideal, with attractions like the Empire State Building and The High Line Public Park within walking distance.

It made me uncomfortable, and I wish the staff had handled the situation better. This minor incident slightly affected my overall experience.

The room was recently renovated and wonderful, liked it and its great view. Efficient staff, healthy breakfast, had a real good stay overall for good time.

This slightly impacted the breakfast experience, especially on rainy days when wandering around the local area was not an attractive option.

Comfy beds and convenient location made my business trip a breeze. The beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep within minutes of hitting the pillows. The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to travel from the airport to the hotel and also allowed me to explore the city without any hassle. having breakfast available on the premises was a great advantage as it saved me time in the mornings.

This hotel is in a prime location, perfect for attending events at Madison Square Garden. It is also steps away from Penn Station and convenient for accessing public transportation and airports. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond for guests. They assisted with internet connection, promptly addressed a hot water issue, and provided extra toiletries when needed. The hotel offers great rooftop views from the bar and a functional self-service breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-stocked bathrooms.

We loved this hotel's location right across from the old post office building in midtown. The subway entrance was just a stone's throw away, making transportation a breeze. Tick Tock Diner and Andrew's Cafe were also within walking distance, making meals convenient. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch and we appreciated the spotless rooms and facilities. The hotel offered plenty of parking spaces, and the facilities were great with a fantastic gym. The staff were equally remarkable – welcoming, helpful, and professional.

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation in the heart of a fashion district and within walking distance to Jacob Javits Convention Centre, ideal for business travellers. The location was perfect for subway use and not far from Macy’s and shops. The room key access to the hotel, elevator, and room provided a secure environment, and the wifi was fast and reliable.

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of a fridge in the room.
